Spring Boot 3.1.x 版本使用jetty容器配置

首次使用Sping Boot 3.1.x 版本排除tomcat 容器，替换为jetty容器，启动总是失败，经多次配置，最终启动成功。具体build.gradle文件内容配置如下,servlet 版本需要显示指定。
