I woke up at 5:20 this moring, and then I learned 28 English words, after washing.

I will check the silos one by one after I arrive at the office, and confirm if its inside is rusty,  and then feedback to the GM. it's a very important thing for me, because there are too many rusty complaints from the local market, we should solve this issue immediately.

Relative Automotive News:

1 the companies of the automotive parts issue their financial reports of the second season.  most of them are falling whether sales performance or EBITDA. only few companies are profitable, due to the automobile business is bad.

i think my GM should be very angry for the rusty silo, because we didn't found this issue at all.  we should make a checklist to manage them.

I checked the silos one by one, and found some of them ware rusty, we stopped running this production line, and  changed to another production line, and we will buy new ones to place them. these are containment actions.

we will update the management rule to define if we stop production for one month, we should to confirm the silo's appearance.

I didn't drunk any water this moring, and I will make a cup of tea with red dates and wolfberry.

we found a bad status, that we reworked two weeks ago,and the pads rusty again, this is a bad news for us, so we determined that we should sort all the pads firstly, and the paint them with gold paint.  this will raise the operation cost.

I will attend two Skype meetings, one is for quality, and another one is for new formulas development.
