【已解决】ubuntu20.04 navicat连接mysql8拒绝连接（111）），idea连接mysql8 显示拒绝连接

主要考虑以下原因：

mysql8已经开启，但是3306端口没开放，分别使用如下命令：

        1.1、检查mysql服务是否已经开启

        ps -ef|grep mysql   #如果有内容输出就是已开启服务

        1.2、检查3306端口是否已经开启

        netstat -an|grep 3306  #如果没有输出，就是没开放，需要开启

附上我的mysqld.cnf文件：
