2th IEUMUN Opening Ceremony

Honorable leaders, distinguished delegates, dear fellows,

Good afternoon. Just five months ago, when I am younger, I met some of the comrades present here in the National University of Defense Technology, in another Model United Nations Conference. I hadn’t thought about it that the excellence of some cadets of your school made me deeply impressed. Just as a famous Chinese song by Wang Fei (只是因为在人群中多看了你一眼)，I wonder what kind of academy and environment could make the cadets devote themselves in the study of Defense Language and international issues, I wonder many things about your school, your study, your training and how about your restaurant?

So today, I come here, to meet my old friends, to enjoy the conference, to solve the international problem and to learn from all of you. I believe this is the common desire of all the students who come here and not from the PLA Information Engineering University. Of course, before coming here, there are some other desires, like tasting some special snacks in Zhengzhou like 胡辣汤 and 桶子鸡？, and for some girls, watching the handsome boys of IEU. Well, but I need to say that the most handsome boy must come from our academy.

But, representing all the students from other universities and academies, I need to say. “Thank you”, Thank you all, especially the leaders and teachers of IEU, it is your contribution to give us the opportunity to come here to learn from all of you. Of course, in the following three days, we will try our best to discuss and solve all the problem we face, to show what we have prepared for a long time. We hope that we could see the best of all of you. We hope that we could make the deep friendship with each other. And finally as myself, I want to say to all the comrades here “ welcome to Nanjing, to my university”, I think the students from other university must have the same words for you.
