Making a Plan respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the Services. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, Plan One will use and disclose your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. However, Making a Plan will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and duty of care. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Making One Plan will not disclose such information to outside parties or provide it to third parties without your prior permission. One Plan may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the Plan One Service Use Agreement, you agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Making One Plan Service Use Agreement.
1. Scope of Application
(a) When you use the Make One Plan Web Services, or visit the Make One Plan Platform web pages, Make One Plan automatically receives and records information on your browser and computer, including, but not limited to, data such as your IP address, type of browser, language used, date and time of access, hardware and software feature information, and records of web pages you request.
(b) To develop a plan to obtain personal user data from business partners through lawful means.
You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy.
(a) Keyword information that you enter when using the search services provided by the Make One Plan platform.
(b) Information data collected by Make One Plan about your postings on Make One Plan, including but not limited to participation in events, transaction information and review details.
(c) Violations of the law or violations of the rules of Making a Plan and the actions that Making a Plan has taken against you.
2. Use of Information
(a) Plan One will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, except with your prior permission, or if such third party and Plan One (including Plan One affiliates) are providing services to you, either individually or jointly, and after such services have ended, they will be denied access to all such information, including all such information to which they previously had access.
(b) Make One Plan also does not permit any third party to collect, compile, sell or distribute your personal information by any means without compensation. If any user of the Create One Program platform engages in any of these activities, Create One Program reserves the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with such user upon discovery.
(c) For the purpose of serving users, Plan One may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest to you, including, but not limited to, sending you information about products and services, or sharing information with Plan One partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
3. Disclosure of Information
Plan One will disclose your personal information, in whole or in part, in accordance with your individual wishes or as required by law, if.
(a) To a third party with your prior consent.
(b) It is necessary to share your personal information with third parties in order to provide the products and services you have requested.
(c) To third parties or administrative or judicial bodies in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, or as required by administrative or judicial bodies.
(d) To a third party if you are required to disclose to a third party in the event of a violation of relevant Chinese laws or regulations or the development of a program service agreement or related rules.
(e) If you are an eligible IPR complainant and have filed a complaint, disclosure to the Respondent, at the Respondent's request, to allow the parties to address a possible rights dispute.
(f) In a transaction created on the Make One Plan platform, if any party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills its obligations under the transaction and makes a request for disclosure, Make One Plan has the right to decide to provide that user with the necessary information, such as the contact information of its counterparty, in order to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of the dispute.
(g) Other disclosures as deemed appropriate by law, regulation or website policy.
4. Information Storage and Exchange
Information and materials collected by Plan One about you will be stored on Plan One's and/or its affiliates' servers and may be transferred to, accessed, stored and displayed outside of your country, region or location where Plan One collects information and materials.
5. Information Security
(a) The Create A Plan account is protected by security features, so please keep your username and password information secure. Plan One will ensure that your information is not lost, misused or altered by encrypting your password and other security measures. Notwithstanding the foregoing security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network.
(b) When using the Plan One Web Services to conduct online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to counterparties or potential counterparties. Please protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you discover that your personal information has been compromised, especially if you have compromised your Plan username and password, please contact Plan Customer Service immediately so that Plan can take appropriate action.
6. Changes to this Privacy Policy
(a) If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes in this policy, on our website, and in locations we deem appropriate so that you are aware of how we collect and use your personal information, who has access to it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it.
(b) We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, so please check back often. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by way of a website notice.
(c) The Company will disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address. Please protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you discover that your personal information has been compromised, especially if you have compromised your One Plan username and password, please contact One Plan Customer Service immediately so that One Plan can take appropriate action.
