基于java民宿管理系统设计与实现

摘 要
伴随着我国旅游业的快速发展,民宿已成为最受欢迎的住宿方式之一。民宿借助互联网和移动设备的发展,展现出强大的生命力和市场潜力。民宿主要通过各种平台如携程、去哪儿、淘宝等在网络上销售线下住宿服务,同时民宿经营者也需要从网络上获取客户,积极推进业务发展。随着网民数量的不断增加,网络购物在商品、服务等方面的作用也越来越重要,网络成为信息交流和客户获取的重要渠道。
传统的民宿服务营销方式主要靠旅游局、旅游中介或传统广告等途径来进行推广营销,这种方式显然极为耗时耗力,而且推广范围相当有限,也不利于培养客户信任度及获得有效的客户反馈,宣传覆盖度也存在严重的问题。传统的民宿管理手段需要通过人工方式进行处理,而一款行之有效的民宿管理系统,则可以从根本上改善这种局面,通过简单的点击鼠标来实现多种操作,从而减少人工处理的繁琐程度,更有效地管理大量的订单信息。为此,开发一款基于B/S架构的民宿管理系统,可以快速的为民宿经营者提供更好的宣传媒介,进一步提升民宿经营者的服务质量和办理效率,还能创新性的增加一些个性化服务。
本文旨在设计开发一款基于B/S架构的民宿管理系统,实现民宿管理中的信息管理、订单管理、支付管理、评价管理等功能,从而提高民宿经营者对民宿管理的掌控度,在客户服务过程中,能够更快速的接收客户要求,继而提供精准的客户服务,在宣传自我品牌的同时,经一步提升民宿的盈利能力。本文结合系统开发全过程,详细阐述了此次健身房众筹系统的研究背景、设计理念、模型结构,将所学知识充分融入到本网站的开发实践中,同时简略介绍了开发使用的相关技术,并对系统概要设计、系统实现与系统测试等进行了详细的介绍。

Abstract
With the rapid development of tourism in our country, B&B has become one of the most popular ways of accommodation. With the development of the Internet and mobile devices, homestays show strong vitality and market potential. Homestay mainly sells offline accommodation services on the Internet through various platforms such as Ctrip, Qunar and Taobao. Meanwhile, homestay operators also need to obtain customers from the Internet to actively promote business development. With the increasing number of Internet users, online shopping plays an increasingly important role in commodities and services, and the Internet has become an important channel for information exchange and customer acquisition.
Traditional home-stay service marketing mainly relies on tourism bureaus, tourism agencies or traditional advertising to promote marketing. This way is obviously extremely time-consuming and energy consuming, and the promotion scope is quite limited, which is not conducive to cultivating customer trust and obtaining effective customer feedback, and there are serious problems in the publicity coverage. Traditional dormitory management means need to be handled by manual, and an effective dormitory management system, can fundamentally improve the situation, through a simple click of the mouse to achieve a variety of operations, so as to reduce the complexity of manual processing, more effective management of a large number of order information. Therefore, the development of a dormitory administrator management system based on B/S architecture can quickly provide better publicity media for B&Bs operators, further improve the service quality and management efficiency of B&Bs operators, and add some personalized services innovatively.
The purpose of this paper is to design and develop a based on B/S architecture of dormitory management system, realize the people in the dormitory administrator manage information management, order management, payment management, evaluation management, and other functions, to improve the operator of home stay facility to people dormitory administrator’s control, in the process of customer service, to be able to more quickly receiving customer’s requirements, which in turn provide accurate customer service, in the propaganda of self brand at the same time, After a step to enhance the profitability of homestay. Combined with the whole process of system development, this paper elaborates the research background, design concept and model structure of the gym crowdfunding system, and fully integrates the knowledge learned into the development practice of this website. At the same time, a brief introduction to the development and use of related technologies, and a detailed introduction to the system design, system implementation and system testing.
