There have a lot of discussions about the Internet. As for whether the governments should provide Internet service to all of their citizens for free, ideas vary. Some think that it benefits the society and will build a good image of the government, while others hold that the government has no responsibility for it. Which opinion is reasonable, however, can be subjective and relative. From my perspective, it's important to build the networks for free.

Offering the Internet service helps lots of people in need. People have long believed that people should pay for every service used on themselves, because these services also take efforts and resources to accomplish. However, many now realized that this opinion is incomplete. In fact, in my nation, there are so many people live in a poor condition, because the transportation can be really difficult in mountains. For these people, the Internet is a way to make a different, but they do have no efficient money to found a Internet base. In order to improve the situation of these people, the government make a plan and invest in the project without reward. After that, the village gets more and more popular and its people smile always. In this way, it not only enhanced people's  happiness but also strengthened the society.

However, the advantages of offering the Internet service for free have never been the benefits on society only. Free Internet offers can also bring other financial benefits.  People need to spend money on other Besides,  on the Internet, people will often see many commercials on the web pages, which provide a chance to consume. With the increase of demands , the industries will have the motivation and work harder, which leads to a active economic environment.

Admittedly, offering the Internet for free can cause some problems. However, the problems can be solved easily. 

Clearly, we cannot emphasized the significance of offering the free Internet more.
