Year 2021 Wish List

1. 继续坚持在培训师的道路上前进,专注在变革领域。在变的主题下拓展领导力、团队、变商的课程,探索体验式教学(融入引导、教练、组织发展等方式),特别要在业务模式和销售渠道上多下功夫。

   下半年房子装修完以后,要落实亚马逊开店的想法。

2. 小李考上理想的住宿制高中,同时能够在高一开个好头,尤其是在自觉性方面。

3. 大李身体强健,事业有突破性进展。

4. 老家房子装修顺利。

5. 全家人身体健康。

Sharpen the Saw 每日精进

1. Body.

     - 保持每周1-2次的运动,保持健康饮食。 

2. Mind     (学习上更加注意效率,精简输入,强化输出。)

     - 积累150教练小时数 

     - 阅读30本书(包括温故知新)

     - 写完20篇文章

3. Heart

    - 维护自己的交友圈,特别注意开拓工作上的人脉

    - 继续支持公益项目中的大学生成长

     - 多关心父母以及大李同学的身体健康

4. Spirit

     - 坚持每天正念练习1小时

      - 学习佛经、道德经等各类经典


Appendix: Review of Year 2020

Overall review:  Interestingly, item 2-4 that I don't need to put too much efforts on gets good results.  John meet the average in his Model Test 1.  Nick also gets career improvement.  All family members are healthy.  Wonderful!

Biggest gap is on myself, and I failed the definition of 'break-though'.  Income decreased partially due to the pandemic, but mainly caused by the sales channel.  This should be the most important thing for year 2021.

Targets of Sharpen the Saw were almost met, but failed on some major actions.  For example, only 6 composition completed while 44 books were read.  It would be very fundamental for knowledge export rather than import.

I didn't have enough time for calligraphy, my interest.  I think I would let it be for year 2021, because I shall put more efforts on composition and the development of business partners.

Year 2020 (The year of break-though) Wish List 

1. My best wish is on my career as a trainer.  Change Quotient and 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team shall the 2 most important courses.  I shall make a certain amount of income from them. 

2. John shall be at the middle level in studying in his school, so there would be possibilities to strike for a municipal key high school.

3. Nick can win outstanding achievements on his work.

4. Again, my family's healthy status is fundamental.

The above 1-3 shall be thebreakthroughto myself, John and Nick respectively.  Pray!

Sharpen the Saw

1. Body.

     - Keep on exercise at once or twice a week, and healthy diet.

Review: Almost meet the target.  Well done!

2. Mind

     - Accumulate to 150 coaching hours  Review: Total 143.5 hours.  Satisfactory.

     - Read 50 books     Review: Total 44.  Satisfactory.

     - Write 20 compositions.     Review:  Total 6.  Too low!

3. Heart

    - Still try to support the young, either XJTLU or Enactus  Review: Well done!

    - Keep on extend the relationship with either friend or work partners.  Review: Good for friend, but big gaps for work partners.

     - Care more to my parents  Review: Plain.

4. Spirit

     - Review Taoism and study Chuang Tzu & Dimond Sutra  Review:  Well done!

     - Calligraphy, drawing or meditation, 1 hour a week.  Review: Very rarely do this.
