Goodmorning, ladies and gentlemen.

It’s my great honor to give a speech here. Todaymy speech is about the dynasty I most want to cross back, which definitely isTang Dynasty. 

Why do I have a remarkable fascination on the dynasty? It unconsciouslyreminded of me of a little kid who cried and begged her father for escapingfrom reciting the Tang poetry. Yes, that was naive me. At that time, my fatherfirmly answered me, “As a Chinese, you need to remember these poems which isthe soul of the Tang dynasty, to remember the most confident and unprecedentedlyprospect dynasty in China.

Until today, his words have made me have fancy on Tang Dynasty and kept wonderingwhat I would like to do at the incredible era. As is known to all, Tang poetryis DNA of Tang Dynasty. Therefore, I’d better to be a poet who took theresponsibility of recoding the splendid scenery and the vigorouslife with verses. Drinking and Enjoying the string music with Li Poin bustling West Market, I could also be worried about the state affairs withTu Fu.

Not only the poetry, as the most open and inclusive dynasty, Chinese product andtechnology also has a global reputation around the world in Tang. For spreadingthe outstanding Chinese culture, I would like to follow the foreigners to walkalong the Silk Road. I would not ask for creating excellent achievements but bewilling to be a man with great confidence and dreams in Tang Dynasty.

It is also my dreams in China today. The Chinese people are working toward theChinese dream of great national rejuvenation, which possess confidence and diligence,openness and inclusiveness. As a senior high school student, I am determined to build our China as strong as Tang Dynasty, to make the voice of China be widelyheard throughout the world again.
