Tavey Lean and The Solid Gold Dream Machine 是北京城最受好评的驻京外籍大乐队，这支八人编制的大乐队专注于演绎耳熟能详的灵歌和放克曲目，其中既有大合唱金曲，也有严肃深情的老歌，近年来慢慢积攒了属于Solid Gold独有风格的原创曲目.
队长Tavey Lean独有的Al Green-Esque式唱腔，外加乐队摄人心魂的铜管合奏、坚如磐石的节奏组，和现场摇摆的律动，这些风格都随着他们的一次次的现场演出，形成了乐队自成一派的强劲风格.
这次Tavey Lean来到深圳，有了Tavey Lean and The Silver Tigers的全新组合，让ROOTS HOUSE的现场再次律动起来。12/13，来，跳上这列Tavey Lean and The Silver Tigers的灵魂列车，跟着主唱Tavey Lean一起唱！随着Neil的吉他主旋律，Sammy的贝斯Solo，还有Marco的律动鼓声，一起FUNK TONIGHT！

TAVEY LIN（ Vocal主唱 ）
Lead vocalist. Tavey began his musical career as aclassically trained pianist and cellist. After abandoning the structured andregimented world of classical music, he taught himself guitar and beganperforming in rock and reggae bands. He eventually founded what would becomeSolid Gold with bassist Sam Silverman, reconnecting with those golden oldiesradio stations he sang along to in the back of his folks' car as a kid. Taveyis also the owner of 4corners bar, where the Dream Machine rehearses and playsmany of its shows.
Tavey Lean是一位华裔美国人，他来到北京生活已有十年，他的音乐生涯最早开始是一名受过古典音乐训练的钢琴家和大提琴家。在放弃了结构化和严格的古典音乐世界后，他自学了吉他，并开始在摇滚乐队和雷鬼乐队中参与表演。他最终和贝斯手山姆·西尔弗曼一起创立了如今的Solid Gold乐队，并与那些他小时候在家人车后面跟着唱的金曲电台重新取得了联系。Tavey Lean也是北京四角酒吧的老板，The Solid Gold Dream Machine乐队在这里排练和演出了许多节目.
NEIL（ Guitar吉他 ）
Neil comes from Toronto, Canada. He’splayed all over the world, releasing two original albums in Tokyo, Japan. Neilcurrently studies blues, jazz and funk music through the Berklee School ofMusic. Neil also played bass in the award winning band The a Groove Collectiveduring his 3 years living in Beijing. He’snow involved in many music projects and bands in Shenzhen having played manyvenues in the city.
Neil来自加拿大的多伦多，他在世界各地演出，还在日本东京发行了两张原创专辑。Neil目前在伯克利音乐学院学习蓝调、爵士和放克音乐。在北京生活的三年里，尼尔还在获奖乐队The a Groove Collective中演奏贝司。他现在在长居深圳并参与了很多音乐项目和乐队的演出.
SAMMY（ Bass贝斯 ）
From the sleepy streets of Western Sydney birthed thehowling, gut-busting bass machine that is Sam Bucca. He has played in many afunk and hip hop bands in his home town, and pours his bass playing all thingsraw, heartfelt and funky. He is currently living in Shenzhen, China, hoping tobring the people here something they have never seen before.
Sammy 出生于西悉尼的Sleepy街道，这里诞生了The Howling和Gut-Busting Bass Machine乐队。他曾在他的家乡和很多放克和嘻哈乐队一起表演，倾注他的低音贝斯演奏。他目前居住在中国深圳，他希望给这里的人们带来一些大家从未见过的音乐.
MARCO（ Drum鼓 ）
A native of Baltimore, MD in the United States, Marcostudied and graduated from the Berklee School of Music before permanentlyrelocating to China. An active member of the Beijing music scene for 8 years,Marco played with many of the city's favorite bands and artists, including hislongest running collaboration with Tavey Lean & The Solid Gold DreamMachine. Marco relocated to Shenzhen this summer, and can be seen performing atsuch venues as LAVO, The BREW, Merlin Bar and ROOTS HOUSE.
Marco出生于美国巴尔的摩，在定居中国之前，他在伯克利音乐学院学习并毕业。作为北京音乐界的一名积极分子，Marco曾与许多北京最受欢迎的乐队和艺术家一起同台演出，他与Tavey Lean & The Solid Gold Dream Machine乐队合作的时间最长。今年夏天，Marco搬到了深圳，经常可以看到他在深圳很多场地演出.
