Installing R and RStudio - Easy R Programming

可以从CRAN网页（http://cran.r-project.org/）下载R并将其安装在Windows，MAC OSX和Linux平台上。
安装R软件后，还安装可从以下网址获得的RStudio软件：http://www.rstudio.com/products/RStudio/。

1 windows安装 R 及RStudio

1.1 安装R

从CRAN（ https://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/）下载最新版本的R，双击您刚刚下载的文件以安装R，不需要更改默认安装参数

1.2 安装Windows Rtools

Rtools包含用于在Windows上构建自己的软件包或构建R本身的工具。
在以下位置下载与您的R版本相对应的Rtools版本：https：//cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/Rtools/。 将最新版本的Rtools与最新版本的R一起使用。
双击您刚刚下载的文件以安装Rtools（无需更改默认安装参数）

1.3 在Windows上安装RStudio

Rstudio主页：https://rstudio.com/
在以下位置下载RStudio：https://www.rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/
下载Windows版RStudio

1.4 Rstudio使用

R及Rstudio安装完成后，可在windows开始界面找到Rstudio

我们使用R语言无需打开R，而是通过RStudio打开R。

3 在Linux上安装R和RStudio

可以使用以下Bash脚本将R安装在Ubuntu上：

sudo apt-get r-base

RStudio for Linux可从https://www.rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/获得。
