 “我的产品我的团队”:

产品团队分为:狭义的产品团队规划师”;

用户体验团队(设计师);

运营团队(运营师);

商业团队:市场、销售、服务角色;

技术团队:开发团队(负责架构、编码);测试团队:功能(性能测试)

运维团队(管理产品数据库服务器、软件配置)

支撑团队:法务、财务、行政;

时间之大:产品生命周期

空间之大:商业、产品、技术

设计之大:产品设计的多个层次,华为任正非引进新的管理体系所用策略:“先僵化,后优化,再固化,直到找到最适合的设计方法。

用户体验的要素:

①战略各层:用户需求和风站目标

 ②范围层:功能规格说明和内若需求

 ③结构层:交互设计和信息架构

 ④框架层:界面设计、导航设计和信息设计

 ⑤表现层:视觉设计

设计的目标分为三个层次,即本能水平设计,行为水平设计、反思水平设计

潜在用户=访客数X转化率

产品经理所做的东西很杂,也有可能来自各行各业,我们应该利用好我们自身的资源,也不要被自身的资源所束缚!我们调用多个部门的资源来配合,也要确保各部门之间利益的划分,不然只会导致人心乱散!也要学会向老板申请福利,不然一个巴掌很难拍响!

Business team: marketing, sales, service roles;

The thing that product manager makes is very miscellaneous, also may come from all walks of life, we should make good use of our own resources, also do not be bound by own resources! We use the resources of multiple departments to coordinate, but also to ensure the division of interests between departments, otherwise it will only lead to confusion!
