The law i would like to talk to you about is the food-safety law, which provide Severe punishment for those who use detrimental / harmful chemical additives to produce inferior food.

The government's administration was not well organized and supervision for food safety was not very strict in the past few years. So that many businessman / merchant take advantage of this occasion / seize the opportunity to earn huge profit by reducing product cost.

And countless food poisoning cases cause widespread panic / anxiety among public.

So this law guarantee the safety of food to some extent. Qualified food can have positive influence on our physical health.
After the law came into effect, preference to buy domestic food increase steadily.

though It may still face tremendous difficulty enforcing this law.
