一、图片拼接(横向、纵向)

 * 横向拼接图片

public static final Bitmap splitHorizontal(Bitmap first, Bitmap second) {
    int width = first.getWidth() + second.getWidth();
    int height = Math.max(first.getHeight(), second.getHeight());
    Bitmap result = Bitmap.createBitmap(width, height, Bitmap.Config.ARGB_8888);
    Canvas canvas = new Canvas(result);
    canvas.drawBitmap(first, 0, 0, null);
    canvas.drawBitmap(second, first.getWidth(), 0, null);
    return result;
}

二、宽高无法匹配处理方案

方案一:

其中的第2,3个参数是伸缩后的宽和高

Bitmap bitmap1 = Bitmap.createScaledBitmap(bitmap,430,430,true);
方案二:

mOriginalBitmap 代表你的原始图片 Bitmap

// 获得屏幕宽度
int secreenWidth = getWindowManager().getDefaultDisplay().getWidth();
// 计算缩放比例
float scaleWidth = ((float) secreenWidth) / bitmapWidth;
// 取得想要缩放的matrix参数
Matrix matrix = new Matrix();
matrix.postScale(scaleWidth, scaleWidth);
Bitmap visiableBitmap = Bitmap.createBitmap(mOriginalBitmap, 0, 0, mOriginalBitmap.getWidth(),
        mOriginalBitmap.getHeight(), matrix, true);
