一,OLED简介:(学习本模块之前建议先把IIC,SPI通信协议提前了解)
OLED,即有机发光二极管( Organic Light Emitting Diode )。OLED由于同时具备自发光,不需背光源、对比度高、厚度薄、视角广、反应速度快、可用于挠曲性面板、使用温度范围广、构造及制程较简单等优异之特性,内部SSD1306芯片(本芯片的介绍请看后边的附件)。
LCD都需要背光,而OLED不需要,因为它是自发光的。这样同样的显示OLED效果要来得好一些。以目前的技术,OLED的尺寸还难以大型化,但是分辨率确可以做到很高。在此我们使用的是中景园电子的0.96寸OLED显示屏,该屏有以下特点:
1、0.96 寸OLED有黄蓝,白,蓝三种颜色可选;其中黄蓝是屏上1/4部分为黄光,下3/4为蓝;而且是固定区域显示固定颜色,颜色和显示区域均不能修改
2、分辨率为128*64
3、多种接口方式; OLED裸屏总共种接口包括: 6800、8080 两种并行接口方式、3线或4线的串行SPI接口方式、IIC 接口方式(只需要2根线就可以控制OLED了!),这五种接口是通过屏上的BSO~BS2来配置的。
4、接口分别为七针的SPI/IIC 兼容模块,四针的IIC模块。
简单点说:可以把屏幕当作128×64的LED组成

MOSI 在 SPI 中为数据管脚
RES,用来复位(低电平复位)(电阻器)
D/C 数据和命令控制管脚
CS 片选管脚
IIC通信接口是由从地址SA0,IIC总线数据信号SDA和IIC总线的时钟信号SCL。不管是数据线还是时钟线都需要连接上拉电阻。RES#是用来初始化设备的。

SSD1306在发送或者接收地址前,识别到IIC总线上的从地址,设备必须回复从地址通过从地址位并且配置读写选择位(R/W位)以一个字节 的格式。
SA0”位提供一个额外的从地址位。不管是“0111_100”还是“0111_101”,都可以被选择为SSD1306的从地址。“R/W#”:用来确定IIC协议的工作模式。=1时为 读 模式。=0为 写 模式。

一个控制字节主要包括Co位和D/C#位在六个0后,ACK:应答信号 应答信号定义为在SCL时钟周期的高电平期间SDA拉低//在从地址发送结束后,不管是控制字节还是数据都可以发送通过SDA线。一个控制字节主要包括Co位和D/C#位在六个0后,Co位为低电平,发送的后续信息只能是数据字节。 D/C#位决定下一个数据字节是数据还是命令字节,如果D/C#字节设置为低电平,这意味着下一个字节是命令字节,如果D/C#为是高电平,下一个数据字节是数据字节。 。应答为接收到一个数据字节或者命令后产生。

页地址模式下:在显示RAM写过或者读过后,列地址指针自加1,if列指针达到最后一个地址,列地址指针会回到开始地址并且页地址指针不变。用户需要设定新的地址为了下一页的RAM中的内容
在页地址模式下正常显示数据RAM读或写,如下的几步需要定义开始RAM接收指针位置
*设置页开始地址在目标地址通过命令B0h到B7h
*设置低起始列地址指针通过命令00h~0Fh
*设置高起始列地址指针通过10h~1Fh
水平地址模式:
在水平地址模式,RAM读或写后,列地址指针自动加一,如果列地址到达最后一列,列地址会复位到列开始地址并且页地址指针加1。页移动的顺序和水平地址模式列地址指针如图,当列地址指针和页地址指针都到达最后一个地址时,指针会复位到列开始地址和页起始地址。
垂直地址模式:
在垂直地址模式,显示RAM读或者写后,页地址自加一,如果页地址指针到达最后的页地址,页地址指针会复位到页起始地址并且列地址指针自加一。垂直地址模式页地址指针的移动顺序和列地址指针如图,当列地址指针和页地址指针都到达最后一个时,指针复位到页起始地址和列起始地址。
在正常显示数据RAM读或写且处于水平或垂直地址模式时,要遵循一下几步来定义RAM访问指针位置:
*通过命令21h设置列起始和结束地址到目标显示位置
*通过命令22h来设置页起始和结束地址达目标显示位置
