以上是RGB顺序,如果是BGR顺序就是
或者经过了保留2位小数,结果就是
BGR顺序
mean = (103.94, 116.78, 123.68)
std = (57.38, 57.12, 58.40)
有的地方不使用mean和std,有的地方使用的mean和scale
结果如下计算
1 ÷ 58.395 = 0.017124754
1 ÷ 57.12 = 0.017507003
1 ÷ 57.375 = 0.017429194
也就是形式一的值经过如下计算

有的地方一般是保留几位小数
std 合并到 conv1 权重中了,std全是1
