要帮助别人变得更好，就意味着需要花时间关心、关注别人。花时间共同做某事，或者是交流，从而建立链接。

但很多人不会把自己宝贵的时间浪费在别人身上。他们宁愿刷着手机玩着游戏看着电影听着音乐，因为这样更能抚慰和掩盖他们的无趣和无能。

能改变自己的人优秀，但能让别人优秀的人伟大。
