我们开发的是健康医疗类的app，两个客户端，用户版和医生版。下面说的是用户版。
或许因为苹果官方审核加强了对版权问题的重视，容易造成误伤。以下是沟通过程的总结。
第一次被苹果官方拒绝的理由是：
Guideline 5.2.1 - Legal - Intellectual Property
The seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect the name of medical institution in the app or its metadata, as required by Guideline 5.2.1 of the App Store Review Guidelines.
与你的应用相关联的卖家和公司名称并没有反映该应用或元数据中医疗机构的名称。
根据字面意思理解，是说在我们APP里面提供服务的医生所属单位是医院的名称，而我们提交APP的账号是公司的名称。
我们作为在线医疗服务平台，医疗服务本就是由各个医院的医生提供，名称不一致根本说不过去。再看苹果官网审核5.2.1条，说的是商标、版权保护的问题，于是我们提交了公司的医疗机构许可证，并说明我们的应用名称已在国家版权局备案，是注册商标。
1.The company have a certificate of practice license of medical institution.
2.The name "应用名称",belong to the company, has been registered in National Brand Bureau.
本以为不会再有问题，结果再次被拒，理由和第一次如出一辙。

我们再次给对方提供了联系人和电话。
这一次，苹果审核人员给我们打了电话，说我们作为医疗服务平台提供方，需要提供医生和我们公司合作的有效合同证明。之后，给我们回复的内容里面留了客服的电话。

我们截图发给对方我们平台上医生注册时的用户注册协议，以此说明医生跟我们的合作关系，过了几天没有人回复。
于是，我根据客服电话打过去。第一次电话接通，对方说不是审核部门的人员，只能交流，说是在审核中的应用，不能给我们提供任何信息。结果刚挂完电话，应用审核状态就改变了，还是拒绝。
第二次再打电话过去，对方就要了应用名称和联系电话，说要查一下，15分钟以后给我回电话。
第三次对方给我回电话时，说他们经过讨论，需要我们提供医生和公司的合作协议证明文件，假如有100个医生，那么需要提供10个医生的合作协议证明。
于是我解释说，我们平台的医生是通过app注册进来的，医生注册时有一个医生注册协议，注册协议里面说明了医生和我们公司的合作关系，医生通过app进行注册，注册之后需要提供他的个人信息，以及医师执业资格证，我们平台审核通过以后，医生才能够开通医疗服务。
对方理解了我的意思后说，医生是通过app注册的，不是你们线下去和医生沟通签协议是吗？我：是的。
客服：医生的注册协议在哪里可以看到？
我：在医生端app的注册页面，下面有一行蓝色字体，点击进去是医生的注册协议。
客服：那我和审核的同事讨论一下。
我：好的，谢谢！
几分钟后，客服给我回电话，说没有问题，审核通过了！
啊啊啊啊，好激动，终于审核通过啦！
