vscode c语言printf打印中文，终端输出乱码

经过搜索，说通过chcp 65001来更改活动页页码，但是只有当次生效，体验还是很差，实在忍不了

再后来找到了如下解决方法：

文件-首选项-设置-搜索code-runner ，应该是搜不到设置，但是可以看到一个在setting.json编辑这样的选项，点进去
里面是这样的

在这里，加上 编码命令，比如

 "c": "cd $dir && gcc  $fileName -o $fileNameWithoutExt && $dir$fileNameWithoutExt",

改成

 "c": "cd $dir && gcc -fexec-charset=GBK  $fileName -o $fileNameWithoutExt && $dir$fileNameWithoutExt",

就可以了，其他语言以此类推
