《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》指出：“家长是幼儿园教师的重要合作伙伴。应本着尊重、平等的原则，吸引家长主动参与幼儿园的教育工作。”为了更好地拉近幼儿园与家长之间的距离，开阔幼儿眼界，更好地实现家园共育，美华幼儿园于2019年10月23日上午举行了“家长进课堂，携手共成长——我的家长进课堂”活动。让家长走进幼儿园，直接参与组织教育教学和游戏活动，让幼儿有一次快乐有意义的体验。
活动开展前，各班家长踊跃报名并积极准备，旨在为我们的宝贝们带来精彩的课堂体验。每个班级邀请两位家长担任本次活动的“家长老师”，一位家长担任主班老师，主要承担早操和教学活动；另一位家长担任配班老师，主要承担户外和室内游戏活动。

In accordance with the principle of respect and equality, parents should be actively involved in the education of kindergartens." In order to bring kindergartens and parents closer and lessen the distance between the two we effectively use the parents' resources to broaden the horizons of young children. We let parents enter the kindergarten and participate directly in organizing educational teaching and game activities to give children a happy and meaningful experience.
Before the event, parents of all classes actively enrolled and actively prepared to bring a wonderful classroom experience to our babies. Each class invited two parents to serve as the “parent teacher” of the event. One parent is the main class teacher, who is mainly responsible for morning exercises and teaching activities; the other parent is the teacher of the class, mainly responsible for outdoor and indoor game activities.
