A: Hi Kat. Do you have a minute? I would like to talk to you about one of my employees. His name is Robert.
B: Sure, Ned. What's on your mind?
A: Well, Robert is doing an amazing job. He's very responsible. He finishes his assignments ahead of schedule and always does good work. I would like to promote him.
