It's Saturday morning. The weather was nice. I went out for a walk in our neighborhood. Everything was so beautiful.

After a week of hard working schedule, I usually enjoy and look forward to doing the weekend exercises.

But for this weekend, I can't just finish my exercises in the morning and then relax. I brought back so much work from the office, I have no choice but work on both Saturday and Sunday.

The problem was there was a deadline for our project. One of my young and inexperienced colleagues had been working on a task for two weeks and couldn't finish.

When I took it over, I found so many errors to be resolved before the task can be done. And our project deadline is the end of this month. OK, so much for my weekend.

Things like this happens. It's not helping if we just complain or try to blame on someone else. The most important thing is being constructive, working with our team members and get the work done.
