Have Breakfast

Most employees forget to have a good

breakfast and decide to grab a coffee on their way to work. If that s you, then you

need to change!Eating breakfast before work helps to start your metabolism,

boost your brain, and fuel up your body

to run more efficiently.

There is no reason why you shouldn t

have breakfast. If you dont have much

time, you can always grab some fruit and yogurt, or if you have a few minutes you

can prepare some oatmeal, French toast

or a smoothie
