Dialog 1:

A: Could you give me some information on your European tours?
B: We have several package tours you may choose, from ten days to four weeks in Europe.
A: I’d be interested in a three-week trip.
B: One moment please, and I’ll check what’s available. We have one three-week European tour that is still available. It will depart from Ottawa next Wednesday.
A: What’s the cost?
B: The price for one person for a three-week tour is $2500, which includes round-trip airfare.
A: Sounds good. Let me think it over.

A: I don’t want a morning flight. what’s the exact fare?
B: 556 dollars one way and 820 dollars round trip. And the departure time is 3:30 p.m. Is it all right?
A: Ok, thanks.
B: Will this be a one way trip or a round trip?
A: A one-way trip please
B: By the way, which would you prefer, a smoking seat or a non-smoking seat?
A: I’d like a non-smoking seat. And what time should I check in?
B: Please get to the airport before 2:20

B: No. It costs 6 dollars extra for collision insurance.
