Description

分类法分类可以包含在taxonRelations插槽提供的信息中的 taxlist 对象中。然而，对于统计分析来说，将这些信息插入到插槽taxonTraits中可能更方便。

Usage

tax2traits(object, ...)

tax2traits(object, get_names = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

参数【object】：一个 taxlist 对象。

参数【...】：在方法之间传递的进一步参数。

参数【get_names】：指示是否应该检索分类单元名称而不是分类单元id的逻辑值。

此函数只能应用于包含父子关系和分类级别信息的对象。

Value

类taxlist的对象，将分类法添加为特征。
