rac环境无法启动实例情况下修改spfile

在pga_aggregate_limit参数后，使用srvctl stop database -d orcl后，无法启动了，尝试手动启动单个节点时报错如下，明白是pga_aggregate_limit的参数配置太小导致的问题

在单个节点上操作即可

新开一个窗口，编辑/tmp/orcl.pfile文件，调整pga_aggregate_limit值大于要求的值后保存
