The ways to handle stress

Recently,I had a talk with my foreign teacher about the way to handle stress.She gave me some advices.The most efficetive way to handle stress is to stay healthy and fit .Eat healthy food and exercise regularly.Physical activities will also make your mood better as it gets rid of negative emotions like anger.You can also try taking deep breaths when you feel stressed.In addtion,do not somke,drink,or eat a lot of junk food.These things have a lot of bad effects and can only relieve stress for a short period of time.Talking to other people is another way to handle stress.Invite a close friend or a family member to go out with you to a nice place.Laughing with a friend is also good for you .Remember that being alone all the time will make your stress worse,so try not to isolate yourself too much from people.I agreed with her,and  I think it will better if we do that.
