3. Arrange the produtions for the next two months.
Three different suppliers separately!

a. not enough orders, being written in email.
b. long lead time -- in the middle of September -- the whole Olympic Games!
c. The manager is on a business trip. Confirm me on Wednesday.


4. Book the vessels for the next shipments.

5. Update the complained delivery and ask for the photos! Urgently!
Finished at 10:17. No photos! I knew it!
