有生以来第一次和真正的老外交流

This afternoon, I had an interview about supply chain associated consultant position. To my surprise, the interviewer is american guy, not an american chinese. It makes me feel nevours, because i am not confident with my oval english. Yeah,it's a good chance for me to talk with a truely forgeiner. This company,which is an office, is mainly do something about supply Chain Management, that is very unfamiliar to me. what i should do, so i threw all my discomfort, just have a  relaxing, sit down to prepare answering questions.
secondly to my surprise, the whole process, i almost expressed what i thought and what i want to know in english.
He used very basic and common word and then i could understood what he mean.
Here some questiones he asked:
1,  what is ur backround?
2,  how do think it's a good team?
3,  how many members in ur team, and which role did you act?
4,  give me some examples, how the company can make use of supply chain management to get improvement?

Although i think i am not very fit for this position, but it's make me more confident in my oval english, but still need do more talking.
That's the best retain in this interview.
