RedCloth 插件使用及安装错误的解决办法

最近需求要做一个和fckeditor差不多的文本编辑器，但是不需要那么多功能，只要和redmine差不多就行，自己动手写了一个text_tool,用到RedCloth插件，但是自从我把rails 更新到3.0后怎么也安装不上总是抱如下错误：

很是郁闷，网上页没搜到解决的办法。最后我在rubyforge上搜到gem 包居然安装成功

你可以下载: RedCloth-4.2.2-x86-mswin32-60.gem 到本地通过执行命令：

gem install -l RedCloth-4.2.2-x86-mswin32-60.gem

 安装完成之后，在environment.rb 中写入以下代码：

require "redcloth"
