临时解决方法：
Solution for the “scandir disabled” issue
In order to eliminate this error message you need to do ONE of the following things:
1.  Remove the scandir string from the disable_functions at php.ini* file
2.  Ask your hosting provider to remove the string above if you don’t have an access to the php.ini* file
3.  Change hosting provider which allows the running of the scandir function.

php.ini is a configuration file that resides on the server that hosts your website. In some cases it can only be edited by the administrator of the server.

简单的说就是在php.ini文件中找到disable_functions 字符串，在其后把 scandir 去掉，重启服务即可。
