struts2的项目：Eclipse 3.6启动tomcat7.0应用服务器时出

今天struts2的项目在

Eclipse 3.6和Tomcat6可以运行，

Myeclipse8.6和Tomcat7可以运行，

但在Eclipse3.6和Tomcat7中就不可以运行了。

 

出现如下错误：

 2010-10-1 20:49:31 org.apache.catalina.startup.Catalina start

严重: Cannot start server. Server instance is not configured.

 

解决方法：

 把“Public module contexts to separate XML files”打上钩。
