    If run this before SDK build

    C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Ldr64.exe setwow

    Do SDK build

    Then return it to this

    C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Ldr64.exe set64


    This will solve your problem, it has something to do with how .net stores info in registry and 64-bit registry I think :)
