终于搞定通过联通vac提供的wsdl获取response的xml包

终于搞定了，联通真令人无语了，为了这个问题我是日夜奋战啊，终于好不容易解决vac订购同步的问题。我把获取到得山东联通的标准response返回xml格式帖出来，注意是山东联通这边的，其他地区的有待考证。。。。
