One man in a boat

Fishing is my favourite sport. I often fish for hours without catching anything. But it does not worry me. Some fishermen are unlucky. Instead of catching fish, they catch old boots and rubbish. I am even less lucky. I never catch anything -- not even old boots. After having spent whole mornings on the river, I always go home with an empty bag. "You must give up fishing!" my friends say. "It's a waste of time." But they don't realize one important thing. I'm not really interested in fishing. I am only interested in sitting in a boat and doing nothing all!

钓鱼时我非常喜欢的一项运动。我常常去钓鱼却什么都没有钓到，但是我从来不忧虑这个。有的垂钓者就不那么幸运。他们常常钩到旧靴子和垃圾。我甚至运气还不如他们。我什么都没有钓到 －－ 包括旧靴子。在我花了一整个上午在河边，回家的时候，我的鱼篓还是空的。“你必须停止钓鱼！”我的朋友说。“这个简直就是浪费时间。”但是他们似乎没有认识到一件重要的事情。我不是爱好钓鱼。我只是喜欢一个坐在船上什么事情都不做！
