Oracle10.2.0.4 shared_pool_size bug

Oracle10.2.0.4还是不少bug，
今天出现两回共享池内存分配异常
OCI Error ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4176 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","sga heap(2,0)","object queue ") (status = 4031) 。
alter system flush shared_pool_size 之后还是报错 ，
只能缩小db_cache_size的大小。
