我们平时所见UTC+08:00，意指8 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time, an identifier for a time offset from UTC of +08:00. In ISO 8601 the associated time would be written as 2012-05-22T06:13:05+08:00.

CST指China Standard Time (Beijing Time),

It begins on the second Sunday in March, when clocks are advanced from 2:00 a.m. EST to 3:00 a.m. EDT. It ends on the first Sunday in November, when clocks are moved back from 2:00 a.m. EDT to 1:00 a.m. EST.
