Outlook用scanpst时收到错误 an unexpected error prevented access to this file

症状：打开outlook某archive文件时收到此错误信息：an unexpected error prevented access to this file. Use a disk error disk checking program to check the disk, and then try using the Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Repair Tool again.

 

原因：分区磁盘冗余校验出错

 

解决方法：右键点击保存该archive文件的分区，属性--工具--查错--开始检查，勾上自动修复文件系统错误及扫描并试图恢复坏扇区两个选项，系统会提示在重启时进行修复
