Symantec Endpoint Protection病毒提示

症状：用户的文件夹不断报错提示中毒，路径在C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\xfer，查询后发现xfer只是Qurantine文件夹的一份类似复件的文件夹而已，应该不会报毒，而且此文件夹不断增大，有3G多了

 

原因：不明

 

解决方法：将如下内容保存成bat文件，执行，即可删除此文件夹内的内容，
