多点子接口的帧中继配置(MP SubInterface FrameRealy)

注：这个实验同样出现了上个实验所出现的问题，配置好后，接口怎么都起不来，不管它，过了10分钟左右自己莫名其妙的UP起来。郁闷！还是仅把配置贴出来。。
