2 可能是

myeclipse导出工程到tomcat中的时候会把jstl1.2jar(我用的是j2ee5) 加入到web-inf/lib目录下

 

而myeclipse导出.war包时，不会把jstl 加入到web-inf/lib目录下,所以会报这错误
