web.xml之jsp-config

1. 作用：主要用于设定JSP页面的相关配置。
2. 常见定义：
   

   <jsp-config>
   <taglib>
   <taglib-uri>URI(定义TLD文件的URI,JSP页面的tablib命令可以经由此URI获取到TLD文件)</tablib-uri>
   <taglib-location>
   TLD文件所在的位置
   </taglib-location>
   </taglib>
   <jsp-property-group/>
   </jsp-config>
