可以在mysql>GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON * . * TO 'root'@'localhost' WITH GRANT OPTION MAX_QUERIES_PER_HOUR 0 MAX_CONNECTIONS_PER_HOUR 0 MAX_UPDATES_PER_HOUR 0 MAX_USER_CONNECTIONS 0 ;

修复！

对于登陆时出现的无密码状态可以先将mysql密码置空！

语句：

mysql>use mysql

mysql>update user set Password=PASSWORD('') where User='root';//空密码！

mysql>FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

有两种方法可以执行脚本

1：打开CMD输入以下命令（不需要转换目录）
>mysql -u root -p123
进入MYSQL后
mysql>use test;
mysql> source c:/test.sql

ok执行完了，你可以用show tables;查看有哪写表（记得语句后有个分号）
还可以用desc tableName;查看你的表结构

2：打开CMD输入以下命令（不需要转换目录）
>mysql -u root -p123 test < c:/test.sql

这样执行完了，你就会退出mysql，所以如果你没在图形界面下操作mysql就最好用第一种方法

I have installed in localost on windows XP  and it work well!!

you give the execution permissions to ACCOUNT INTERNET GUEST (IUSER) to the file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe

and in uu_default_config (this is an example)

yes, convert all video formats, only not work in background processes. convertor.php
the convertor.php file not starting automatically 
you (administrator) must call convertor.php separately. and convert all video formats in temp directory pending

but I'm studying to use windExec () function to resolve this problem

before i ask something -> yes i use the search here...but all i have found did not help me...

The Problem:
i can upload videos with no problem...but the uploader_finished.php did not run the convertor.php in the background after upload...the video is in the mysql db...when i run convertor.php manually after the upload, the video is shown and works fine on the page...

but also not works...this is for v1...is there a new one for v2 

BTW: when i run convertor.php with the check point emails 1 to 6..i get all emails with no errors...

i found a solution that works for me...

try this:

open uploader_finished.php

go to line number 180 and add this line:

save -> upload -> try and have luck...
