解决telnet 登录错误“Failure in initializing the telnet session“

今天想在虚拟机中用下telnet功能，开启telnet服务建立好管理员用户后登录，输入用户名和密码后却显示“Failure in initializing the telnet session. Shell process may not have been launched.”的错误提示，如图：

到网上搜了下，原来要成功登录tlelnet，除了要开启telnet服务外还要开启“Secondary Logon”服务，开启后终于登录成功。如图
