span |
Description |
曲线的弯曲程度,是一个0到1之间的值,0表示非常的弯曲,当method的值为loess时有效。当载入mgcv包时,可以使用gam方法,当数据量较少,在1000以下时,使用formula = y ~ s(x),当数据量大于1000时,使用y ~ s(x, bs = "cs")。lm方法用来拟合线性模型,默认是拟合一条直线,或者输入formula用来拟合多项式,如formula = y ~ poly(x, 2),当载入了splines包后,可以拟合natural spline,通过输入公式formula = y ~ ns(x, 2),其中第二个参数是自由度,自由度越高,曲线越弯曲。最后,方法rlm是一个稳健性的拟合,奇异值不会影响到最终的拟合,要求是要先载入MASS包 |
