平衡螺旋桨方法

1,Balancing these small and light propellers isn’t as  difficult as you might think. The tools you need are

平衡小而且轻巧的螺旋桨不是我们想象中那么困难,需要的工具如下:

  • A small round pin or needle (less than 0.8mm in diameter) 一根针可以穿过螺旋桨
  • Tape. Normal transparent office tape works well 胶带,透明的那种就可以
  • A pair of Scissors 剪刀
2,Place the propeller to test on the needle and start with it in the horizontal position. If it turns with one side towards gravity it is unbalanced. The white arrow shows the light side where the tape should be attached.
将螺旋桨穿进针上面,水平放置,如果不平衡的话,螺旋桨就会像重的那边倾斜,视频中就是白标签指向的一边。

Attach tape to the convex side of the propeller as shown in the video. The amount of tape that should be used varies and you might need some tries to find the correct amount. If it is very unbalanced you might need more than one piece of tape.
胶带贴到较轻螺旋桨的反面,就是在旋转的时候没有用到的那面,然后尝试看是否平衡,如果左右还是不平衡,继续按照2的方法贴胶带

3,This video shows the result after attaching the first piece of tape. Now it is pretty balanced but you can still notice that it is a bit heavy on one side after shaking it. It can be improved even more if you have the patience.
看上去左右平衡之后,可以晃动下看是否会不平衡,如果依然不平衡,继续向轻的那边贴胶带。

4,If it does not start to turn when placed in the horizontal position and shaking it then it is as good as this method can get it.
如果水平放置平衡,晃动之后依然平衡,那么这个螺旋桨就可以用了。

5,Here is examples of four propellers that has been balanced (2 x CW and 2 x CCW).
下面是四个调整平衡之后的螺旋桨,可以清楚的看到右边两个上半叶明显贴透明胶带。
