OS Wathcer 改名为OS Watcher Black Box

用OSwatcher会导致歧义，现在就比较明确了OSwatcher限于Exadata， OSWatcher BB用于通用性的db，这个东西以后会被Cluster Health Monitor（CHM）取代。CHM会集成到GI作为其一部分。

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide a reference for the data collected by OSWatcher Black Box and how to install, run and use OSWatcher Black Box.

OS Watcher Black Box User Guide

OSWatcher has been renamed to OSWatcher Black Box to avoid confusion as there are many tools in support with this same name. This version is not to be confused with the version of OSWatcher that is shipped with Exadata.

New in this release (4.0.0) is a built-in analyzer which analyzes the data OSWbb collects and provides information on system slowdowns, hangs and other OS performance problems. See the OSWatcher Black Box Analyzer User Guide and Analyzer Overview PDF contained in note 461053.1.

NOTE: This document should serve as a companion reference for diagnosing operating system performance problems. The user should always refer to their server specific documentation and man pages for complete details on the operation of individual operating system utilities.
