Zheng Yan is currently a senior researcher at the Nokia Research Center, Helsinki. She obtained her PhD in electrical engineering from the Helsinki University of Technology. She authored more than thirty publications and edited one book. She is the inventor of eleven patents and patent applications. Her research interests are in trust modeling and management, mobile applications and services, social computing, HCI and distributed systems. Dr. Yan is a member of the IEEE.
