这句话语出《圣经·传道书》第1章第9节。
原文是:“What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun. ”
意思就是“已有的事,后必再有;已行的事,后必再行。日光之下,并无新事。”
这段话说明的道理是“所有的事情,明处做的和暗处做的,神耶和华都看得见。”
