Check the lotsize, max lot size value. If you make changes here then also the error will not be repeated during MRP. 

2. The actual setting is in SPRO- Production>MRP>Planning>MRP calculation>Define Error Processing in Planning Run.
Increase the setting from 50nos to greater no say 100 and check.
